Case Explorer

Case Explorer, a web-based case management and deconfliction system designed specifically for law enforcement, focuses on facilitating information sharing within and among law enforcement agencies. Case Explorer is provided free of charge to all law enforcement agencies through a grant to the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA from the Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Designed and developed by the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA, Case Explorer is available for free to all law enforcement agencies. Participation in the HIDTA program is not a prerequisite for using Case Explorer.

Case Explorer has five components:

  1. Case management
  2. Event deconfliction
  3. Target/investigative data deconfliction
  4. Criminal intelligence (28 CFR Part 23-compliant)
  5. Unconfirmed data (Tips)
